I desperately need to know, what exactly can I kill SCABIES with that is a natural cure?

I am looking for something(preferably) that I could purchase in a grocery store or some kind of herbs I could take or purchase.

Answer:

Unfortunately, we do not deal with the scabies mite because it is not a structural pest, this type of mite only lives for a very short amount of time off of the host and really must be dealt with on the host. Please contact your doctor for scabies mite treatment.
