Absolutely AMAZING on St. Augustine
By William on 06/20/2018
I applied the Dismiss NXT in the evening to avoid the heat of the day. The product showed definitive results within 36 hours. Probably sooner, but I was out of town the next day. We are now at day 9 and all I can say is WOW! I wish I could upload pics to show the results. I did a blanket application at 1.25 oz for 4 gal or .3125 0z/Gal. My St. Aug is barely stressed at all, and the weeds are dying in droves. I didn't know how much weed activity I had until the dying weeds were contrasted with the St. Aug. There were some clover type weeds left standing, but for an all in one herbicide for St. Augustine, I can't imagine anything better for us here in the Southeast Texas area battling Kylinga, Nutsedge, and Torpedo Grass. Thanks to the Lawn Care Nut and the fine people at DoMyOwn for the excellent recommendation.

Dismiss NXT and Torpedo Grass
By Bruce on 04/17/2020
Listed as supress on label for torpedo grass. Used .350 ounces with 2 gallons of water for 1,000 sq ft. Applied three times with 3-4 week interval between applications. Have about 95% control of torpedo grass. Extremely pleased. Floratam (St. Augustine) looks great. Expensive product but worth it based on results.

Whoa
By Andrew on 06/05/2020
This stuff works. Absolutely crushing the weeds in my yard, Dallisgrass included. I have a lawn that is half Bermuda and half St Aug, and both are unscathed. Didn't use MSO or surfactant, just TurfMarker. Definitely worth the price. Smells like absolute cancer though, definitely keep the dogs out of the lawn for a few days. Apply 2 days after a mow, and 2 days before watering/rainfall.

Worked on my bahia grass.
By Joe on 09/23/2018
Took out the weeds on my bahia and left the bahia in good shape. It did damage the bahia a little but after a few growings and cutting it has healed perfectly. Now if only someone will come out with a product that will take out the Bermuda.

Great stuff
By Jerry on 08/02/2019
I had an infestation of Dallisgrass along with several other weed types in my lawn. Long story short the Dismiss NXT was the only one that knocked out the Dallisgrass. I mixed .25 oz to one gallon and used a total of 10 gallons on my half acre lawn spraying directly on the Dallisgrass. It is not fast acting but after a week or so say bye bye to the weeds.

Works great in Kbg
By Ted on 07/13/2021
I sprayed my yard at the maximum recommended dose like a fool. But it did not damage my Bluegrass at all. I will tell you the next day within 24 hours I was laughing and jumping around to the yard telling the nutsedge to take that baby. The nutsedge was turning orange as if it was burning in the Sun. Work great with a fast acting burn. Also killed the wild Violet that was growing in my backyard.

Effective against nutsedge infestation
By Mohammad on 07/15/2022
I had a very bad infestation of nutsedge in my bermuda lawn. This was prolific, I mean like 80-90% nutsedge. I tried a popular broad spectrum product which didn't work. Then I tried a more selective product containing halosulfuron and that had zero effect despite great reviews. Then I tried another selective product containing a very low percentage of sulfentrazone and that had a very weak and slow effect. I had to apply these different products several weeks apart to avoid bermuda damage. They were all unsuccessful, the nutsedge was still there taking over most of my yard. Lastly, I tried Dismiss NXT and the results were impressive. The stubborn nutsedge became yellow after 2 days and completely wilted/dead after 1 week. It worked so well on a small test segment of the lawn that I applied it to the rest of my 3,000 square foot lawn. The amazing part is that the bermuda grass didn't seem stressed as much, if at all, compared to the other products. Now my lawn looks healthy with almost 100% of the nutsedge eliminated. The Dismiss NXT squeeze bottle comes with a very easy built-in measuring cup. I just squeezed to the desired dose (I chose the middle dose 0.23 oz) and poured this small amount into a wand sprayer then added 1 gallon of water. That's really it. No measuring cups, no dilution formulas, no surfactant and no dyes. The bottle is 10 oz which will make another 43 gallons using the 0.23 oz dose I used. In total I made 3 gallons for my 3,000 square foot yard (1 gallon covers 1,000 square feet). Hope this helps.

Dismiss NXT Herbicide
By Andrea on 09/26/2022
This product works! I applied it to my lawn infested with sedge and it killed it all. My lawn needed two applications. After reading the directions I really didn't understand them so I called Jasmine. After her help I was comfortable using it. She was wonderful. Thanks for this great product and for Jasmine!
