Arilon Insecticide does not kill on contact. It uses the active ingredient Indoxacarb which is a non repellent. This non repellent quality allows ants to unknowgly come into contact with the active ingredient and take it back to share by contact amongst others. Indoxacarb remains active even after digestion so it can be passed along to other insects through feces and bait sharing. It is the first pest control bait that scientists have found to remain active after it has been transferred twice after the first lethal dose.
