Answer:

You can apply Ferti-Lome for All Seasons Lawn Food Plus Crabgrass and Weed Pre to a dy or slightly wet lawn. There should not be any standing water when being applied. Most effective weed control will be obtained when it is activated by at least 1/2 inch of rainfall, irrigation, or shallow (1 to 2 inches) incorporation, prior to weed seed germination and within 14 days following application.
