It is not required to add a wetting agent/surfactant with Scion Insecticide for all insects or applications. The label states: Addition of a spreader-sticker at recommended rates may enhance the control of insects on certain species of ornamentals having waxy, hard to wet foliage. Please refer to the product label for complete instructions on your target application.
