Do I put Ferti-lome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench around my 1 year old Hydrangea?

I will use around skip laurel, but wonder about hydrangea near skip laurel If I am using Hollytone as well, what do I do in what order?

Answer:

If you need to systemically protect your Hydrangeas from plant sucking pests you can use the Ferti-lome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench.  The rate for Shrubs is 3 oz. per foot of height per the product label.  You would recommend applying this product first before fertilizing.
