Do the products in the Mosquito Control Kit - Heavy Population affect well water?

25 acres partially cleared with 2 houses lawns etc. Exclusively well water. Safe??

Mosquito Control Kit - Heavy Population would be safe on a property with a well as long as it is not applied over the well and applications are kept at least 15 feet away if there is a chance of runoff to the well.
