Do you know what these tiny black bugs (looks like pepper) are?

I have tiny black bugs (looks like pepper) in my bath tub. I had a springtail problem but feel like I got rid of them. The bugs I've seen today crawl. The only things that come up on the internet are: springtails, drain flies & mites. I know they're not drain flies. Could they be baby springtails?
