Our exterminator has used Phantom and an IGR. We are getting ant sized roaches(nymphs?) with brown horizontal stripes on their backs.

The products in the kit provide you with two different poisons that they will take back to the colony you don't see to eliminate them at the source, as well as a birth control that will halt the growth of the colony until they die from the other products.
