Do you refrigerate the Orcon Predatory Mites (2000 live adults) (MI-C2000)?

Do I need to put mites in fridge until I release the mites?

Instructions for the Orcon Predatory Mites (2000 live adults) (MI-C2000) state if possible to release the mites in the evening of the same day they are received or at least within 48 hours.  If the mites need to be kept overnight, put the cold-pack in the refrigerator (not freezer) for a couple of hours. Remove it, wrap it in a little paper, then put both the mites and the cold-pack back in the shipping container and leave in a cool place overnight.  Per the manufacturer, they can be used stored up to 5 days max in the refrigerator after following these steps.
