I was trying to spray and small gel capsules were all over my filter. Yes I started spraying after I filled the tank with water. And yes I cleaned out the filter and tank before using it before I started with the pesticide.
We have not heard any feedback on Bifen IT becoming gel-like when mixed as directed on the label. Make sure you are shaking the concentrate well before tank mixing, and agitate thoroughly before and during applications to ensure that the mixture has gone into solution.
