Answer:

Yes, Bonide Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate is labelled to treat for scab on apples. The mix rate is 1.5 fl oz to 2.5 fl oz in one gallon of water depending on the apple bloom stage. Please refer to the spray chart on page 5 of the product label for the proper mix rate.
