Does Boracare with MoldCare "sanitize and disinfect" the surfaces where it's been applied?

Please clarify if this is a registered disinfectant/sanitizer or not.

Answer:

Bora-Care with Mold-Care information states it kills all forms of fungi and the sanitiizing and disinfecting comment only refers to this type of issue.   The specific active ingredient in MoldCare is a special disinfectant, the same as used to sanitize restaurants and hospitals, that has been formulated by Nisus to be used with Bora-Care for even greater performance, especially against mold fungi.  This information is stated by Nisus on the Technical Bulletin. You may need Nisus DSV if you need a broad-spectrum disinfectant, sanitizer, and/or viricide.
