Does Change Up Selective Herbicide kill Johnson grass? Will it harm grass or flowers in rose bed?

Change Up Selective Herbicide is a broadleaf herbicide and should not be used around desired flowers, plants, trees, etc. as it can injure those desired plants. This product is not labeled for Johnson grass.
