Yes, Cyonara Lawn & Garden RTS can affect bees if they were to land on areas treated with the product to harm them. Do not spray flowering blooms or when pollinators are active in the area to reduce any risk of them contacting the areas when wet. Typically early morning or late evening applications are best.
