Does Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate work on leaf curl?

I have leaf curl on my citrus tree.

Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate is labeled for leaf curl but only on stone fruit trees (peach, nectarine etc) as directed on the product label.  Triple Action is an alternative for ctirus trees.
