Does JT Eaton Bait Block Rodenticide with Peanut Butter Flavorizer degrade when wet?

Due to construction on our block, we have daily visits from rats. They are not interested in the bait stations so I am putting out small pieces in a pile. Will the potency degrade when it rains?
