Answer:

Nuvan ProStrips will kill bedbugs, bedbug eggs, and roaches, but it is not labeled to kill roach eggs nor to be used to treat whole rooms. We recommend keeping items sealed in a bag for a minimum of two weeks in order to kill roaches, bedbugs, and bedbug eggs.  We would recommend one of our roach control kits.  We also have a great article for eliminating them:
