Yes, Pastora Herbicide needs an additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall or irrigation is needed to move the product into the weed root zone to prevent them from germinating. Without addtional irrifation, weeds that germinate after treatment will not be controlled.
This product is labled for post emergent control for grassy weeds only (with the addition of a Non Ionic Surfactant) and for pre and post emergent control of both grassy and broadleaf weeds.
Application rates for Pastora Herbicide range from 1 - 1.5 oz. per acre using sufficient volumes of water to evenly and thoroughly cover 1 acre. For post emergent weed control as spot treatments, use 2.5 fl oz per 25 gallons of water per acre along with 16 to 64 oz of NIS per 25 gallons of water.
Refer to the product label for more information on specific weeds controlled and site treatment areas.
