Does PT Wasp Freeze II Aerosol work on yellow jackets?

We have several nests of yellow jackets on the underside of our deck. Will this take care of them?

PT Wasp Freeze II Aerosol will kill yellow jackets on contact if sprayed directly. We recommend that you treat the nesting opening (early in the morning or late in the evening) with Tempo 1% Dust.
