Does Sevin kill emerald ash borers?

Sevin Concentrate  is applied to fruit trees, ornamentals, vegetable gardens, shrubs, flowers, outdoor insect perimeter control in residential areas. It is prohibited for application to lawns, It is not used (or labeled) for Emerald Ash Borer treatment applications.
