Sultan Miticide is not labeled for Eriophyidae mites. Unfortunately there is no known product or cure for rose rosette disease once infected. We would recommend consulting with your County Cooperative Extension Office for any recommendations they’ve found for eliminating or reducing rose rosette disease.
