Does Tempo kill fleas?

My son lives in Eugene Oregon. It’s a rainforest. Will this kill fleas? I used it myself in Iowa it’s a great product.

Tempo SC Ultra is labeled to eradicate adult fleas outdoors. It will kill fleas that crawl across a treated surface but it does not kill on contact.
