Does the effectiveness vary by humidity of the environment?

I live in Texas where it's 25% humidity in July. If the product is storing water from the air as the description says, does its effectiveness vary significantly between humid and aired climates?

Answer:

Hydretain RTS is an oil based product so the amount of humidity or aired climates would not have much impact on it efficacy. It will hold up in either type of weather.
