No, the Centrobulb Duster extension is meant to be screwed onto the tip of the Centrobulb Duster. The Bellow Hand Duster does not have any threads to screw this extension onto. We recommend a  The B&G Bulb Duster is a good duster that comes with 4 extension tips that can reach up to 16inches.
