I have a metal guard rail and I am on the 3rd floor so I need a hook that will extend out beyond my patio.
The Panacea Black Forged Curved Hook does not come with a clamp. This hook has holes so that you can use screws or nails to attach the hook to a wall or post. We have some hooks like this one which do come with a clamp.
