Answer:

Demand CS Insecticide is not labeled for Nooseums.  We would recommend using Talstar P. It is a very good general insecticide that is labeled for noseeums. This can be broadcast across your lawn, sprayed on bushes, trees, flowers, etc. It should not be sprayed on water or any type of edibles. You will mix 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
