Does this product stain rock, gravel, or pavement?

I am interested in using this product on my garden pathways to prevent weeds but I would like to know if this product will stain the pebbles.

According to the manufacturer, the Monterey Vegetable & Ornamental Weeder may stain rock, gravel, or pavement an orangy color. If spray drift does occur, please wash off with water immediately.
