Does this product work as a pre-emergent for thistle?

Answer:

Per the label, Prowl H2O Herbicide will suppress Russian thistle. Other preemergents like Monterey Vegetable and Ornamental Weeder and Hi-Yield Herbicide Granules are labeled to control thistle.
