i trenched my house with this i have not seen any termites since. i had termites in the mulch under my front porch i mixed a gallon in a pump sprayer and sprayed the next day i couldn't find any.

I had some Ash trees that were under attack from borers after a hard freeze. I thought I was going to lose the trees but after pruning and using the Dominion 2L trees are doing great. Fast shipping from DoMyOwnPestControl and it was half the price I found at a local store.

Dominion 2L saved my 24" diameter hemlock from Woolly Adelgid infestation. It was near death, having no new growth for four years. I applied Dominion 2L in March, and the tree now (late May) has several inches of new growth. I applied 6 oz of Dominion 2L in 200 gallons of water (that is stronger than recommended-you should follow instructions.) I siphoned the mixture out of a 33 gallon barrel on my deck 12' above ground. I started the siphon before opening the chemical bottle, and made sure I refilled the barrel before the siphon broke. I used an auger bit from the local hardware store to make 100+ 2" wide holes spaced evenly within a 15' radius about 18" deep, and passively fed the mixture into the holes. I filled each hole 4-5 times. A year before using Dominion 2L, I consulted a professional aborist, who diagnosed the infestation then applied kelp fertilizer in May. The tree grew a bit, but the new growth died. I later learned that is the wrong treatment at the wrong time. Woolly Adelgid are active in the spring and fall, and it takes a month for the subsurface treatment to work. So, all the fertilizer did was feed the critters a little candy. The domyownpestcontrol folks were helpful on the phone and included special instructions for Woolly Adelgid treatment with the shipment--the order worked perfectly.

I have applied this product recently with the help of the customer service department. After reading the label I still had a few questions about the application rate. I bought Dominion 2L based on testimonials by others. It arrived is good condition and after carefully studying the cautions on bottle, I dug the 3 x 4 channel around the perimeter of my home, carefully measured and mixed into 1 gallons portions and poured into 3 foot lengths of the channel. It took a bit longer to create the 3x4 channel than I first imagined due to bushes I had within a couple feet of the walls. I plan to treat my home again in 5 years and will do inspection every spring. Whether Dominion works or not, I can only have faith in what others have said.

We've used several products over the last 10 years to control termites. Most cost too much and were either hard to apply or smelled horrible (usually both). This little gem is affordable, no smell and easy to use. Whats not to like about that? Since this is last of our first application we're still watching to see if it works. If it does, well, it's been worth the work and cost, and if it doesn't, well at least we have enough money to try another product.

I used the online " how to" manual and it worked perfectly. Dominion is an awesome product.I saved over $1,000 by doing it myself and got great results. I will definitely recommend your company! Chris

This is a follow-up from a review that I posted on Sep 18 of last year. A later visit to the remote property after treating around pinion pines for carpenter ants with Dominion 2L. The treatment effectively destroyed the infestation in the shed. Next it was time for treatment around the pinion pine trees. Treated around 4 of them and returned about six weeks later to find no carpenter ants near them. Then it was on to a large Juniper tree which contained a well established main colony. Treated around it, then returned this spring to find only a few carpenter ants living at the base where there were swarms before. I fed them some MAxForce gel injected into the crevasses of the tree. Long battle, large well established colonies but I believe I've won. I'll know by the end of May '12. Thanks DoMyOwn Pest Control. I never would have had a prayer with those home improvement store pesticides. The ants will not be reinfesting the shed any time soon (they destroyed about $450 bucks' worth of camping gear). Now I'm using Dominion 2L around any newly placed wooden fence posts because I lost two of them to termites. Very useful product.

Was delighted to find your website and to get all the information we could possibly need in order to decide whether to try doing termite treatment ourselves. We decided to go for it - and decided on Dominion 2L. Delivery was swift and we quickly set about digging the small trench around our house in Florida. It was obvious that the contractor we had used for the last 5 years had NEVER done this when they applied Premise 2. The product was easy to mix and apply, and we quicly backfilled whilst the trench still held water. Hot work in April but we spread it over 2 days - perhaps 5 hours total including the trenching. So, fingers crossed - time will tell but we already have 3 other neighbours who will be taking the same action. Thanks for all your help - by phone and on your excellent website. We hope to confirm the 5* rating over the next 5 years!

My husband was happy to have found a product that didn't cost 2 fortunes and best of all, it doesn't smell bad!. Directions were easy to follow and the product is easy to use. Time will tell us about it's effectiveness, so we shall see.

My community is using this product as a soil drench to protect our street trees against the Emerald Ash Borer. We treated last year and so far all our trees have survived. We will continue to treat annually as long as necessary. I was very pleased to be able to find the percentage of Imidicloprid required for this type of treatment in a consumer product.

I purchased online and treated perimeter of my home. I had ant traveling up my gutters. After a day I only so 3. The next day and proof they were GONE!

this is some bad stuff, the only problem is it kills the lizards after they eat the bugs that have the posion on them. i sprayed my house and there are no bugs to be found but it seems to not be completly effective on spiders

This product is great! I used the Dominion 2L around the outside perimiter of my house & saw results with-in a few days. Dead ants started showing curled up and crisp, instead walking around like they owed the house! With the size of product you can easliy cover alarge house, property and key places around the yard for two seasons. An exterminater quoted $275 for one season. I would say the Dominion 2L is well worth it's price & would purchase it again with this company.

After reading all of the reviews we purchased Dominion 2L. We used it yesterday. Very easy application!! Now we wait and see how good it works. We have high hopes that it has fixed our termite problems. Thank you for such a wonderful informative website.

i used this product two years ago arounnd the house to use as a barrier against terminte and I found termite swarming and ate my baseboard yesterday. I am going to try termidor this time. it was cheap but I am not sure if this is truely effective. I used it as directed

Simple instruction. Dig a 6" X 6" trench around my home. Add premesured product to 4 gallons of water and pour in the trench in 10' sections. I let it soak in then back filled the trench and thed poured nore of the product mixed with water over the back fill. I was told it would be good for 10 years. That is what excited me, the 10 years.

Have not used the product yet, so cannot comment on its effectiveness. I am confident that it will be fine, though, given the chemical composition of its proven formula. I can state from this experience that the ordering process was very easy and user-friendly, and the shipping was very quick. The item was well-packed too for safe delivery. I don't think that you can go wrong with these guys. They are very helpful in answering questions if you are not certain about any of their products.

I just used the product about 2 weeks ago. Don't know the result yet, but looks like the product is excellent, is odorless and easy to apply, won't clog my sprayer. Well done. Keep up the good products, and l will bring the other quarts to the Philippines.

I can't yet say how this treatment worked as I've just completed the project but I can tell you how great it was to work with DMOPestControl. Aside from giving me the best price I could find online, DoMyOwn was like having my own personal termite technician on hand 24/7. I would not recommend attempting any type of DIY pest control without them. You could possibly be wasting your money instead of saving. They guided me through this project step by step with an instant phone call or quick email response. Just by the fact that you are considering doing this own your own I know you are a wise consumer. With the proper help most home projects can be done on your own with the proper guidance. If you choose to deal with this company this you will certainly have. Please heed my advice to choose a company like DMOPC that will assure you of a successful outcome to a project as important as pest control.

I purchased Dominion 2L to treat around my home due to the discovery of a bad infestation of my neighbors property. They had it done by a costly pest control company which prompted me to seek a more affordable method AKA.... www.DoMyOwnPestControl.com. The instructions provided on how to do the treatment were easy to follow and I am now confident that the treatment will keep my home protected just as well as. I recently purchased Dominion 2L to do a treatment around my home. I received instructions on how to do the treatment from Do my own pest control, I followed the instructions. I dug a trench 6"x 5" around my home. I mix the Dominion 2L as per the instructions, and did a 4 gal/per 10 ft treatment. I am confident this treatment will work. I ordered 2 more bottles to do another treatment. I talked to a person from a local pest control and he said Dominion 2L was about the best pest control treatment you could buy. With that said, I'll close. I'm very pleased with this product.

Easy to mix and apply, took care of my small infestation in about 4 days. Now I can replace the eaten studs and not worry about them coming back for a few years.
