Dursban was banned by the EPA around 2000-2001 because of concerns for the health of humans and wildlife.

This is the active ingredient..why is it available?

Answer:

Certain Dusrban products were discontinued mostly due to misuse of the consumer products for household use. Drexel Chlorpyrifos 15G is an agricultural use product and was not part of the EPA ban. You would need to contact the EPA for further information on this decision.
