While bamboo by nature is known for being tough to control with herbicides for those wanting to eliminate it, we can't say for certain that many of the broadleaf herbicides designed to kill clover wouldn't also harm the dwarf bamboo. Lontrel Turf & Ornamental Herbicide is a unique product with some of the places it can be used, so you may want to give the technical team at the manufacturer a call to see if they have heard of anyone using it successfully within bamboo to control weeds.
