Before tank mixing a herbicide and fungicide such as Eagle 20 EW and Prodiamine 65 WDG, a Compatibility Test will need to be done to test for physical compatibility before mixing in a tank sprayer.

This means you can mix the Eagle 20 EW Specialty Fungicide with the Kabuto at respective labeled rates of each for the target diseases, and apply them simultaneously. If you do not wish to apply them together, you can do the applications without issue back to back or within a few days of each other.

It is really just common sense as far as safety, wear long sleeves, pants, avoid skin contact etc. If you feel safer wearing gloves, masks and goggles you should do so, or if you are spraying overhead it would be highly recommended. The manufacturer lists such warnings on the label to be sure they are covered if an applicator does not follow instructions.
