EcoVia IB Insect Bloks contain a mixture of potent botanical insecticide oils in a new pleasingly scented Blok form. EcoVia IB is the first of its kind, and emits insecticidal fumes that repel insects and can kill insects in smaller enclosed spaces. The fumes released are enhanced when the Bloks slowly dissolve in water, when placed in drains or beverage fountain drip trays. The Bloks are ideal for repelling small flies, such as fruit flies from beer taps, drains and other problem areas. EcoVia IB Bloks may be used dry for repelling ants and other insects from trash cans, electrical boxes, or other small enclosed spaces. EcoVia IB Insect Bloks give off botanical oil vapors that repel insects from an area and can kill insects in small enclosed spaces. The vapor release is enhanced when the Bloks slowly dissolve in water, such as when placed in beverage fountain drip trays or drains.
HOW TO USE:
- To repel and kill small flies or other insects in and around beverage fountain drip trays, drains and similar areas, place one or more Bloks in the tray or drain in such a manner such that moisture contacts the Blok, but so as not to block drainage. Replace Bloks once dissolved. Dissolution rate will vary depending upon use level of the drain.
- To help keep ants and other crawling and flying insects out of electrical boxes, sanitary boxes, trash cans and other smaller enclosed spaces, place one or more dry Bloks inside the enclosed space. Do not place Bloks in direct contact with electrical wiring. Replace Bloks once scent is diminished. The duration will depend upon the size of the void, how enclosed it is and the ambient temperature.
