    Q
Will EcoVia WD need to be reapplied after a rain when used as a perimeter spray? How often should it be applied?
    A

EcoVia WD should be applied when there is no rain in the forecast for 24 hours. It does not carry a long residual, so it can be reapplied as needed.  If you receive a hard rain after application, you may need to reapply.

    Q
How is the odor of the EcoVia WD compared to EcoVia EC?
    A

The odor between the EcoVia EC and EcoVia WD are fairly comparable. While the smell of the dust is fairly pungent at first, it will dissipate as some air is circulated with it through a duster during application.

    Q
Can EcoVia WD be used to treat a home for bat bugs?
My daughters home had bats in the attic above home and garage. They have been removed by a professional in the area but now the walls have the bat bugs coming down into the house. What product can be used to kill them safely as we understand they have an 18 month life span. What may be the best way also to rid the house.
    A

Bat bugs are treated very similar to bed bugs. Bats are their preferred host, but this does not negate them from humans. They do tend to come once the bats are gone because they are looking for a host. We would recommend using Temprid SC as a treatment for the rooms. You will mix 16 mL per gallon of water and treat in the room that has the bugs as well as all the surrounding rooms to prevent them from spreading. This will be applied with a pump sprayer. You will do this every 10-14 days until you do not see any activity for 30 days. We would also recommend using Cimexa Dust in the wall voids. You will do a couple of puffs per wall outlet and light plate with a hand duster. You will do this in all the wall voids of the home.

    Q
Can EcoVia WD be used for silverfish and spring tails?
Hi folks, looking for a good "dust" product for silverfish and springtail control. I am in NY, so I guess that limits my choices. Have you had any feedback about your "EcoVia WD" product? Would be nice to stay "green" but not at the expense of efficacy. The only other dust I see that appears shippable to NY is D-Fense Deltamethrin. Would appreciate your recommendation here based on those particular pest problems indoors.
    A

Yes, EcoVia WD would be a very effective dust to use for both silverfish as well as spring tails.  You may also want to consider the Dekko Silverfish Packs

    Q
I have fungus gnats can I apply EcoVia WD to my plants?
    A

EcoVia WD has not shown phytotoxicity in testing when used as directed, but all plant types have not been tested, so if concerned about particular plant sensitivity, test treat a small area first and wait 48 hours to determine if burning occurs. -Product should not be applied directly to surface water. Please refer to the label for applications instructions.

    Q
Will EcoVia WD kill German Roaches in the kitchen?
    A

EcoVia WD is labeled for general pests including cockroaches. Using a bellow hand duster, apply to areas where roaches hide including cracks, crevices, and voids in corners, under baseboards, storage areas, closets, around water pipes and utility openings, doors and windows, attics and eaves, cabinets, sinks, behind and under refrigerators, furnaces, stoves, and other appliances, the underside of shelves, drawers, and similar areas.

Dusting is a great addition to one of our Roach Control Kits that contain a residual insecticide, roach bait gel and insect growth regulator. German roaches take a combination of products to fully treat as well as repeat applications every 10-14 days.
