Am a commercial applicator for context. I bought this to treat primarily Poa Annua w/ some nutsedge and winter broadleaf pressure in mostly Zoysia. Results in cool weather were so-so. I'm still not sure where I stand w/ Sulfentrazone. Too hot and it damages, too cool and it doesn't make financial sense. Reminds me of MSM in many ways

I used Expel on 1.5 acre yard located in Pennsylvania and it eliminated all of our sedge grass. In addition, it killed off several other types of weeds. I wait until sedge grass is found throughout the whole yard and apply normally in late July. After ten days or so I will spot treat stubborn areas.

This is the best I've found for nutsedge. I went with the light dosage exting to need two application. Visible evidence Ii n 24 hrs, brown in 48.
