Explain rose bush application for pests, want to use a pump spray bottle with Monterey Horticultural Oil

Answer:

For a rose application, the rate of Monterey Horticultural Oil is 2.5 to 5 tablespoons per gallon of water spraying the rose until it is wet but not dripping. You will reapply as needed. Please refer to the product label for more information.
