I read some of the reviews and must say some applicators are still putting the blame of failure on the trap. LOL I believe success come with persistence and knowing how and what works. I don't have a whole lot of time for handing out 38 years of experience. But first and foremost everyone stopped using peanut butter for a bait. Hint, inspect your perimeter for alternate food sources like Palo Verde beans, dog food, cactus, anything that can be made similar to ad to your trap that the rodents are accustomed to eating. Use a nut paste blend to start maybe. I have never missed a rat of any species with this in a garage or warehouse.

This trap is easy to load and place. That being said the second time I used the traps one of the plastic zip ties broke in half. The Roof Rats have been in the traps and set them off but as of yet I have not caught one.

Absolutely worthless. Very little activity in over a month. The two times I had activity they were able to eat the peanut butter w/o setting off the trap an then they still ate the peanut butter and set off the trap w/o being caught

Nice product, easy to set up and love the monitor indicator, planning to buy 2 more.

Set trap three times, no problem, easy. Tried to reset trap again, trap metal bar would not engage plastic catch mechanism. Unable to set trap!

I really like the size of this bait box. I also like that it is a snap trap. When I received the package it did not include the key.
