I own residential apartments in New Jersey. Every Fall, I get reports of mice coming inside once the weather starts to get cool. I use Fastrac in child-proof bait stations and eliminate mice quickly, before they proliferate. Very effective product!!

I reload my 5 Protecta Bail boxes every 2 weeks each with 4 sticks. Another user estimates 1/3 block of Fastrac kills 1 rat.; that would mean I kill 60 rats every 2 weeks. I cannot comprehend that I kill that many. Should i argue this? I am happy I have no evidence of rodent activity. No droppings, no scratchings.no noises. Just 5 empty boxes every 2 weeks. I have 2 cats. Lots of yard contained dogs in hood. But I live next to a forest with a state park in it. I have a sanitary sewer line that connects a millions homes going through next door. Happy with paying for the tub and happy with the results. I wanna see bodies

This is my third purchase from DoMyOwnPestControl. Their shipments have always arrived on or ahead of the commit dates and in perfect condition. So far so good, the first round of bait thrown out for the rats in my basement have been consumed, so hopefully that puts the end to the darn rats. I like the fact that the product only kills the rats, not any creature that might then eat the rats. Just a note. My house is over a 100 years old, and no way to secure the foundation to prevent rats trying to find a warm home for the winter. I am delighted to have found this product, recommended by friends in a similar situation.

This product is the best I've tried big time reduction almost exterminated now main thence for an occasional traveler that wants to start a colony soon will be history. Highly recommended!!

Easy to use and bait traps. Plastic bucket makes for nice safe storage of product not used.

This is my second order of Fastrack Blox. I now have vegetables in my garden that the rats aren't eating. Last year all my tomatoes were eaten and figs by the rats but not this year. I've also had to stop feeding the birds and squirrels because rats were eating the bird food. I also had to get rid of my two enclosed compost piles because rats were tunneling under and eating all the compost. Between stopping feeding birds getting rid of compost piles and putting out 6 bait stations with Fastrac Blox I think my problem is under control. I have a small yard and now on on my second pail of Fastrac Blox I've never seen anything dead but something is clearly eating it. I used to see rats in the backyard early in morning but I no longer see them.

I have 6-8 bait boxes going all the time and they like this the best. My advice is to check hot bait boxes every day or two and keep feeding it to them because they will slow down and you will see them less and less.... Good luck!

My neighbor likes putting out bird seeds and the birds make a sufficient mess to provide food for squirrels, rats and mice, etc. Where there is mice, there's foxes. This product is deadly to rid the rats and mice, as I have picked up the carcasses to dispose of them.

I had looked for this product in my local market but could not find it. I went on line and found this company and this product. I am very pleased with both. I had been using a warfin based product that the rats were getting fat on.This product has done the job and I will purchase again. The price was exceptionally good and shipping was super fast.

Use the Fastrac All-Weather Blox with the Sidekick Rat Bait Station and Trapper T-Rex Rat Trap around the perimeter of home. Have had success with the combinations and has reduced risk of rodents in attic.

We have a huge rat problem, as we live along a river and have a rocky outcropping at the side of the house that serves as a rat condo. Our cars were getting destroyed, so I ordered bait boxes, Ditrac All-Weather Blox, and Fastrac All-Weather Blox. After several months, it's clear that the rats will eat the Fastrac but not the Ditrac. I go back to change the blox every month, and the Fastrac is GONE, and the Ditrac has been nibbled at but most of it is still there. There's no comparison. At least for us, the rats don't think Ditrac is food, while they love the Fastrac. Our cars are doing better now (not being chewed on EVERY night because we don't have a garage), and we wouldn't use anything but the Fastrac. We have dogs and they can't get into the bait stations.

With a security camera, saw two different rats on separate occasions pickup the rat bait to carry it off. Security camera has shown no further activity. Now to find something for rabbits - that's a tough one.

This is my third bucket. The rats love it. At the beginning, I saw rats dying but for a couple of months, they are still eating like crazy but don't see or smell any evidences of rats dying. Can they get immune to it?

Called to find best bait for my location, Arizona, high heat, had other bait station and block break down. Recommended Fastrac for the heat and Target Critters. I use Live Traps to sample effectiveness, zero Gophers and Wood Rats, since starting Fastrac

Omg has rats under my house. Because of broken vent and construction next door. It was horrible hearing them. Bought this stuff and lid someone to go under and put these things everywhere, also crushed a few and put into a spray bottle and spray under the house as well. Rats gone in 1 day Be careful though it's no joke.

Ordered this so I could service my bait boxes myself. Very quick and easy. I have about a dozen bait boxes, and all were empty. So far, no mice problem in the house. Been here 8 months.

These are great bait stations. You receive six and one key so you need to keep track of the key. Palm rats are a problem at various times in Florida and these stations work great.

I was looking for an effective mice poison. I tried this product and installed (6) of the black bait boxes around the perimeter of the house. This product worked great. I was finding affected mice outside the house and prevented a great deal of rodent infestation in the house. I just purchased the second container for this winter, I highly recommend this product and the associated bait boxes for the exterior of the home.
