    How much Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 per gallon of water/ does that gallon of water cover all 1000s/f of lawn?
    A

    The amount of Ferromec AC Liquid Iron will depend on the type of turf you are applying it to.  Please read and follow the label instructions for application rates. The amount of water is suggested to be between .5 gallon - 4 gallons to adequately cover 1,000 sq ft.  Everyone applies using different equipment, walks at a different pace etc. so the amount of water can different for each person.  We would recommend you calibrating your sprayer as explained our video here to ensure proper coverage and application.

    Is the iron chelated in the Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0?

    The Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 is not labelled as a "Chelated Iron" - this would be a regular iron fertilizer.

    Can Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 be used to control moss?

    Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15-0-0 is essentially used to add iron and green up a lawn.  For moss in lawns we would recommend using the Lily Miller Moss Out in granules or liquid.

    I will be applying this product on St. Augustine grass.

    According to the product label, Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 can be applied to your St. Augustine lawn three to five applications per growing season to produce the best results.

    Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 can have a shelf life between 8-10 years if stored properly. Store in a cool dry place to preserve shelf life.

     rates will depend on your turfgrass species. The rate is 2-10 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft. Three to five applications per growing season usually produce the best results are recommended. Please refer to the product label for these rates for your grass type and additional application instructions.

    how would you apply liquid iron to a silver maple tree

    When using Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 you would use 2.5 tablespoons with 1 gallon of water and apply it around the base of the tree. Please see product label for complete application instructions.

    Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15-0-0 does not require watering in after application.  If needed, you may water the lawn 24 hours after application has dried.

    Per the product label, you should avoid applications when applying Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 from contacting concrete, unfinished wood products and/or painted surfaces as may cause staining.

    I have Bermuda grass that is only about 4 months old and is real green in some parts but not in others.

    You can apply Ferromec AC Liquid Iron 15 - 0 - 0 on Bermuda grass. Per the label, for Bermudagrass: Apply 4-10 fl. oz. FeRROMEC AC per 1,000 sq. ft. with sufficient water for good coverage. Three to five applications per growing season usually product the best results.
