    Is a scoop included in the bag with Ferti-Lome Blooming and Rooting Soluble Plant Food 9-58-8 to measure the product? I did not not have a scoop or measuring device in the product I received?

    Scoops are not included with the Ferti-Lome Blooming and Rooting Soluble Plant Food 9-58-8. Measurements are in teaspoons and tablespoons thereofore any measuring utensil would be sufficient.
