  • Asked by Edie from Sc
    06/25/2012
    Q
How long before the treated Bermuda grass turns brown when using Fertilome Over the Top?
    A
According to the Fertilome Over The Top product label: Younger, actively growing seedling weeds are more easily killed than older, mature, well-established grassy weeds which may require a repeat application for control. The addition of a surfactant will help control grasses. Growth of treated grasses stops soon after application. They turn yellow and die within one to three weeks depending on the grass species, stage of growth and weather conditions. Cool weather, drought and heat stress slows
    activity.
