No, Ferti-lome St. Augustine Weed and Feed 15-0-4 is not labeled to kill poa annua. We recommend Certainty Herbicide instead. You also want to be sure you are using a pre-emergent in late summer/early fall before soil temps fall below about 70 degrees. This will help prevent germination of poa the following winter/spring.
