Yes, you can use Finale Herbicide to kill Poison Oak. You would use a rate of 3 oz. per gallon of water for weeds with height or diameter less than 6 inches, and 4 oz. per gallon of water if weed height or diameter is over 6 inches. For broadcast applications, you would use 4 quarts per Acre for plants less than 8 inches, or 6 quarts per Acre for plants greater than 8 inches.
