I recommended this product to a co-worker of mine who had rats in her barns and she told me it was excellent and that dead rats were everywhere. I also started using this product for pest control jobs but haven't had to use it in infested areas but more for maintenance in infestation prone areas. Also if you are going to use this bait, use it outdoors only in tamper resistant bait stations! Never use rodenticides indoors!

Mice consume this like crazy I've had rtu with nothing left, even eat the paper And chew on the plastic that had the oil from the bait on it Amazing product!

I put 3 stars only because I still have rats coming and taking the packets I put out....and this has been going on for 2 weeks. I would of thought the rats would be gone/dead after consuming 6 packets in various places. They dug under my house foundation and are in the walls. The last 3 nites have been quiet, but a packet was taken last nite so I know they're still here. Two different pest control places have come out offering their services, but at $700+. They both mentioned due to COVID the rats are coming into neighborhoods for food because schools and restaurants (rats source of food) have been closed. I'm hopeful this product will manage my rat problem....only time will tell :)

I was skeptical at first to buying this product because there weren't many reviews... I went against my judgement and I'm glad I did because after 2 days of putting this down BOOM 4 dead mice in my basement so I lined them up outside the basement door and so far so good no sightings of more coming in!!!

Flatline works.. but patience is needed.. I had a bad garage infestation... I used product as directed...bait was gone every night...rebaited for weeks.. I saw no bodies...but after a month of baiting...No mice in the garage... Gone. Hard to believe cause they have been there for so long...this stuff works... but it takes time... it's not a immediate kill.. But it will kill....

I do Pest management here in Los Angeles and wasn't seeing results with Ditrac, threw some flatline in at a problem Account and a few days later went back and all boxes were empty.

I live near a field and mice have been a problem in my home. I've used different rodentcides, but Flatline has impressed me with quick results. Within a week, no mice except for the dead ones I found in the basement. I'm purchasing more of the product. Love this stuff.

I've been using tomcat for several years and had good success but lately the field mice were reluctant to eat it so I switched to flatline. The mice can't resist the smell and taste. After a few days the mice are gone from my rentals and sheds.

We used this outside and have to replace it every two weeks. We get super excited when we open the bait box and see paper because we know they are somewhere in rodent heaven. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased this item based on prior reviews. My use of this particular product has not produced positive results. I have placed the item in various areas and the mouse have continuously ignored it. I have utilized the product for a week. I will monitor to ascertain whether this product is effective.

This product is really great, I gave some to my neighbor and between us we found 15 rats (dead ones). We call it rat candy.

We had a mouse infestation and put out the B&G bait stations filled with Flatline Rodenticide. The mice were literally gone within one week and have not come back 3 weeks later at the time of this review.

Bought this product and very happy with the results. Placed in secure bait station outside around my house, i didn't remove the paper wrapper. The mouse activity has been very active since I fund the spent paper around the bait station. The mice love this product.

I set the box down and forgot about it, came back the next day to set the bait in the stations and rats had chewed through the box to get at the bait, LOL.

Flatline soft bait works great. Mice take to it like its candy. Kills rather quickly also. I use it in my outside sheds and around the outside of my home. All bait is in tamper proof boxes as it should be. Second purchase for me it works fine. Jeff
