I purchased these along with Advion gel to combat a mild infestation as I live in an apartment building and got new neighbors. I'm not sure if these work but I did see a roach with a strange, flat body. I had candles burning and had to run and turn the light on to see what it was exactly. I'm not sure if it is the effect of the Gentrol. It was a medium size one and caught me off guard. I've seen less and less since my purchase. I also have a storage unit that I may put the disks in. Just to be in the safe side.

Cockroaches ??? Not in this house !

Using Gentrol Point Source has kept roaches gonnneee from my house. Easy to use, very effective, and I haven't seen a roach in over 6 months since first using the product with other " Do My Own " products ! Now, it's been over two years since seeing roaches.

I have already seen results from using this product. We live in Florida and it's very hard to find something that actually works in controlling the roach population. They can sneak in and you end up with uninvited intruders in your home. Now if one of them sneaks in I know there is a good chance that they won't be able to breed and make more. We keep the house clean, use lavender sachets, and traps just to make sure we never end up with an infestation. I am glad to have found this. ????

I had a moderate infestation so I bought this along with Advion gel bait, and I must say it definitely delivered. I put this stuff in all the recommended areas: in cabinets, behind fridge, etc. After a few days I started seeing a bunch of wonky-looking roaches. It's been about a month in and I've seen less and less huge roaches and moreso babies crawling here and there (much easier for me to kill). So happy this stuff exists and the fact that you can just leave it around (it lasts for like 3 months I think) makes my life easier. Highly recommend along with other baits.

I moved into an apartment that had an infestation, so I did some research and decided to use this with Advion Gel Bait. I put the Point Source on walls, out of reach from pets, and in cabinets. Started working immediately, and two months later, I rarely see roaches (hard to eliminate completely being in an apartment, but the population had reduced dramatically).

I've been having cockroach problems since I moved into this apartment complex (The German roach to be specific) I would see so many a day, they would even jump out of the cabinets at me! But when I started using this product, I saw a huge difference. The product is easy to use, it comes with double-sided tape to stick the stations up where you want, and all you do is crush the bottom part like a light stick. At first, I would see deformed roaches- ones with shrunken wings, others with crippled legs, then I stopped seeing as many. Personally, I don't think it's possible to completely get rid of roaches in an apartment, especially if all the units aren't coordinating their extermination efforts, but this product has eliminated my unit's breeding population, and I only notice roach activity near vents or drains (Where I assume they're coming in through other units)

This reaaalllly works. I'm still seeing roaches but more so adults and no babies. The adults wings ARE crinkled so even if they get away...I know they can't go back to their hideout and reproduce. Laying down as much poison as possible to gain control. It' takes time but this product helps alot. Works wayyy better than other egg stoppers as the roaches dont need to touch this to be made sterile for life. Thanks for making this

Love this stuff! Had a very bad bug problem, put these things out and within a few days I was already seeing lots less bugs. Haves only put these out a few weeks ago, so can't hardly speak for the bugs being able to reproduce and all. Thought these things were only supposed to keep them from reproducing, but I have seen LOTS of dead bugs laying around! I will definitely be buying more of these real soon! I am very, VERY happy with how these have worked!

I started seeing roaches just recently and within a day and a half of putting out the product I could see a difference. The ones that weren't dead in the morning, had started to have the “wings” or whatever on their back curl up as I had been told meant they can't lay more eggs. I used the bait syringes as well and have seen a drastic reduction in the number of roaches. I highly recommend this product.

These patches compliment the use of bait in cockroach infestations as they target the immatures that do not eat the bait. Pay attention to the time dates as when they expire, the infestation is likely to increase again. DoMyOwn shipped promptly at a competitive price as these are quite expensive.

I purchased this when I found out about it from an exterminator. Its easy to use and seems to be helping. Where I live roaches is common in most housing no matter where you go. So it's nice to be able to have the option to order it without having to spend extra money for an exterminator.

Easy to use, very effective

I moved into an apartment with a roach infestation and the apartment's pest control didn't help. a combination of this, demon max, and the maxforce fc magnum bait seems to be taking care of the problem. i put 1 point source filter on the wall in the kitchen, one in the cabinet where we noticed egg sacks, and 1 in the cabinet below the sink. i'm consisently cleaning up very small dead roaches from the cabinet where we've previously found egg sacks and the adult population seems to have pretty well died off at this point. this stuff is amazing and i'll continue to put these out for prevention both here and in other places i move. it's so nice to simply mark the date on the filter, snap it to release the powder, place it and forget about it
