My local nursery sold me the systemic Insect Control to use as a DRENCH for my wax myrtle because I don't want to harm my lizards and geckos that hang out in the tree by spraying anything. I don't see instructions to use as a drench anywhere in package. Is it an option to use as a drench and if so, how much for a 26" trunk? Thanks.
For aphid control you would mix 2 Tbs (1 fl oz) of Bonide Systemic Insect Control per gallon of water and spray entire plant covering both sides of foliage thorougly. Bonide Systemic Insect Control is not meant to be used as a soil drench. Instead, it is a foliar absorbed systemic insecticide.
