Gordons Trimec Encore Broadleaf Herbicide is only labeled for use on turfgrasses, it is not for use on or around ornamentals as it can injure them. For these areas you should hand pull or very carefully spot treat with a non selective herbicide avoiding any contact with desirables.
Gordons Trimec Encore Broadleaf Herbicide is labeled to treat oxalis in Tall Fescue lawns at the mix rate of 3-4 pints (48-64 fl oz) per acre in 20 to 250 gallons of water for broadcast applications. To prevent injury to turf, applications should be me made in early morning or late evening when temps are between 65-85 degrees. For spot treatments, mix rate is 1.5 fl oz per 1000 sq ft with a maximum of 2 spot applications per year with 30 days apart between applications.
