I have loquat tree & research what is happening & it's fire blight can I use product now

Answer:

Ferti-lome Fire Blight Spray (2 oz) should be applied when plants listed on the product label are flowering in spring to prevent fire blight. Since this product is not labeled for use on loquats, we do not recommend this application.
 
Unfortunately, chemical applications after bloom are not effective. This UGA Extension article has excellent information about non-chemical management and prevention of fire blight.
