I have a two-story condo, would it be okay to drill whole into wooden subfloor and apply dust?

We would not recommend drilling through your floors or subfloor to treat beneath them. There would be few occasions where that would be a proper treatment or needed for an insect. If you would like to tell us what pest or issue you are targeting, then we are happy to discuss treatment options with you.
